What follows applies to every order taken on this website. It is deliberately brief and free of legal padding.

Who you are dealing with

Sales are made by Marvelle Trading, a sole proprietorship with its registered address in Naravarikuppam, Tamil Nadu. There is no walk-in retail.

We stock organic and water-soluble fertilisers, plant tonics and soil conditioners. We are a retailer of these goods, not their manufacturer, and we make no claim to own the brands we resell.

Forming the contract

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm despatch — not when the checkout page loads, and not when payment is authorised.

An order may be rejected if the item is unavailable, plainly mispriced, or bound somewhere we cannot deliver. You are refunded entirely.

Prices, tax and invoices

Prices include tax and are in INR. Orders below ₹999 carry a ₹49 delivery charge.

Where a price is plainly wrong — an obvious slip of a digit — we are not obliged to sell at it. We will tell you and refund rather than quietly cancel.

About the listings

Specifications, dimensions and photographs are given in good faith from supplier information. Colours differ between screens, and a stated measurement may carry a small manufacturing tolerance.

When precision matters, contact checkout@marvelletrading.shop ahead of ordering and we will confirm from stock.

Site usage

  • Attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access are prohibited
  • Do not copy our product photographs or page text for use elsewhere
  • Do not order goods you do not intend to receive or pay for
  • Accurate delivery information is your responsibility

Content authored for this site belongs to Marvelle Trading; brand names used to describe goods belong to their owners.

Write to checkout@marvelletrading.shop with the exact URL and your claim; infringing material comes down on a complete notice.

Limits of our liability

Liability is capped at the order value. Consequential losses — a postponed installation, for instance — are not recoverable from us.

Rights given to you by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020 survive anything in these terms.

Governing law

Indian law governs these terms, and the courts at Naravarikuppam, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Revisions

Amendments are not retrospective. Whatever was published on your order date is what applies to it.
