Return and Refund Policy

A plant food bought here can be returned within 10 days of it reaching you. The rules, the exclusions and the refund route are all below.

Delivery, not despatch, starts the count — you get the full period regardless of how long shipping took.

Eligible returns

Returns are accepted where the item is unused, the packaging is intact, all parts and accessories are present, and the invoice comes with it.

Taking it out of the box to look at it does not count as use. Installing or fitting it does.

Items outside the policy

• Products that have been fitted or used
• Goods produced specially to your instructions
• Final-sale items — the listing says so plainly
• Returns arriving incomplete or without the original box
• Returns opened beyond the 10-day limit

Faulty, damaged and wrongly-supplied goods sit outside these exclusions entirely — see the section below.

If the item is defective or incorrect

Claims of damage, shortage or a wrong item should reach checkout@marvelletrading.shop inside two days of delivery, with photographic and video evidence.

You are not out of pocket for our mistake — free collection, then replacement or full refund at your choice.

Starting a return

• Send us a note at checkout@marvelletrading.shop with the order reference
• We send an authorisation number, normally within a working day
• Pack the plant food as it arrived and write the authorisation reference on the outside
• A pickup is booked if your area is serviceable, and if not we give you an address to send it to
• On receipt we check the item and release the refund

Getting the refund

Expect the refund to be issued within 7 days of approval, to the source of payment.

The item price is refunded in full. The delivery charge on the outbound leg is retained only where the return is by choice.

Nothing is deducted as a restocking or handling charge.

When we cannot agree

Address the email to checkout@marvelletrading.shop and say that you want it escalated. It reaches the owner of the business directly.
