Shipping Policy

We despatch garden fertilisers and plant food to addresses throughout India. The charges, the timings and our obligations when a parcel goes astray are all set out here.

Shipping charges

Spend ₹999 or more and there is no delivery charge. Under that amount we add a single ₹49, regardless of how many items are in the basket.

We do not bill a handling fee on top, and we do not charge extra for hard-to-reach PIN codes.

When it reaches you

The parcel is with a courier 2 working days after the order is confirmed. Transit is around 3–5 days for metros and 5–8 days nationally.

We book through Delhivery or XpressBees, and which of them carries a given parcel depends on the destination PIN code.

Treat the numbers as working days. They stretch during festivals, elections and weather disruption, which is outside anyone’s control.

If you choose COD

Most addresses can take Cash on Delivery. Where the courier will not carry cash, checkout offers UPI only.

Please be ready with the correct amount. Should you want to cancel, do it before despatch — refusing delivery is the expensive way to do the same thing.

Getting the address right

Write the address as the courier will read it: number, street, landmark, city, PIN. Add a mobile number that is switched on during the day.

Carriers make a limited number of attempts and then return the consignment. We will email you when that happens rather than leaving it unexplained.

When something is wrong with the parcel

Before signing, check the carton. Where damage is visible, decline delivery and let us know that day.

Report breakage, shortage or a wrong item to checkout@marvelletrading.shop within 48 hours, with an uninterrupted unboxing video. Claims made on that evidence are settled without argument.

The remedy is a free replacement or a full refund, at your option, with return carriage borne by us.

Areas we cover

Only Indian delivery addresses are accepted. Everything on the site is priced and charged in rupees.
