Payment Policy

This page sets out the two payment routes we operate — prepaid UPI and Cash on Delivery — and the way money comes back to you on a cancellation or return.

Prepaid UPI

Selecting UPI produces a QR code for your order. Paying it from any UPI application confirms the order straight away.

Pay the displayed amount against the displayed code. Where your app confirms but our page does not, mail the transaction reference to checkout@marvelletrading.shop and we will sort it out.

COD

COD lets you settle with the rider when the parcel arrives. We collect the invoice value only; no handling charge is added for choosing it.

Please keep the precise sum ready and take the courier’s receipt. COD is hidden automatically where it is not serviceable.

Currency and taxes

Listings are priced in Indian rupees with tax included. Nothing is added at checkout except the delivery charge where one is due.

Invoices are issued electronically on despatch. Company billing details must reach us before the order ships.

How a refund reaches you

Whatever paid for the order receives the refund. UPI returns to the UPI handle; COD is refunded by bank transfer against details you supply.

Approval to release takes no more than 7 days at our end. The credit appears once your bank has processed it.

You get cash back, not a coupon. Store credit is offered only when a customer prefers it.

Keeping payments safe

The site runs over HTTPS and your UPI authorisation happens inside your own banking application, not on our pages. We never see or store the credentials you use to approve it.

Nobody from Marvelle Trading will ever ring you to ask for a one-time password, a UPI PIN or remote access to your phone. If someone does, it is not us — put the phone down and write to checkout@marvelletrading.shop.

Changes to refund destinations must come in writing from the email on the order. Verbal instructions are not accepted.
