Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation applies until the courier takes the parcel. From then on the return policy governs.

Cancelling in time

Give us the order number at checkout@marvelletrading.shop or on +91 63830 23185 and we cancel immediately, so long as nothing has shipped.

Pre-despatch cancellations are refunded in full within 7 days, with no deduction of any kind.

Since we ship in 2 working days, a same-day phone call is the safest way to catch an order.

If it has already gone

We have no way to intercept a parcel on the road. Refuse it at the door or send it back within 10 days.

Refusing a prepaid parcel at the door is treated as a change-of-mind return: the goods are refunded, the original delivery charge is not.

Tell us before refusing a COD delivery. Unannounced refusals cost us the round trip and may end COD for that account.

Our right to cancel

Occasionally we cancel: stock has gone, a listing carried an obvious pricing error, or the delivery address is one no courier will serve. You are told the reason and refunded in full.

A cancellation by us is refunded inside 7 days, in full, with no deduction.
